i am trying to install citrix secure access gateway on a win xp pc. the installation,after running the setup rolls back itself and ends without installing it. in event viewer 11708 ID is generated and it says installation operation failed with header as MSI Installer. I seached on it and found ID 11708 is related to permission on the Msi installer files.
even after replacing the permissions on c drive the error is persisting.
can anybody suggest a solution?
