When media player is in any open mode, on screen toolbar playing or not playing it prevents the screen saver from activating at it's scheduled point set by GPO. I am thinking that this is because it is running as a foreground process, is there a way in the registry to set it to always run as a background process in the registry, that I can send out to all users via GPO??

It's to keep people from kicking the computer off the desk when the screensaver interrupts a movie.

I have the opposite problem - the screensaver comes on when I am burning a CDR.
