I need to delete my cookies and temp files, but when I went to tools internet options, it clicks off, so I cant go there please help me. Thank you.

That your system is infected with known infection w32rontokbro, you need to clean out nasties from your system first and then proceed next..

hi, if you are using windows XP use windows explorer, first: open win explorer, then go to Tools select Folder options click view then tick the Show Hidden Files and Folders. second: click Documents and Settings, your user name, then you will see the cookies folder and other folders..you delete whatever you want..if it doesn't work most probably you got a virus on your system..

i suggest installing a fresh OS, in your system, then stop visiting sites which will harm your system
