Now i know theres a thread on this problem, but nothing posted there has worked. so perhaps a few screenshots can help.

Basically, i hear no sound. i've tried all steps in previous threads. On top of this a USB headset does work and i can hear sound from it. Hope someone has an answer to my problem.
