Your question I think was mainly about examining the Title and Description.

The Title is way too long. Keywords repeated way too often. Is boring as heck, doesn't capture the imagination of the web searcher and indian should be Indian.

Write a short interesting Title and use keyphrases once, maybe, maybe, maybe twice.

The Description is basically the same. Boring. Repetitive. Nonsensial because of the sentence fragments.

Write two short descriptive capturing sentence with one or two instance of keyphrases.

I have a form that gives the user an option to upload a file. The field is optional, but if they do not upload a file I would like to insert a default image into the database. At one point it was working but I can't seem to figure out what happened, here is the script:
