Hey gang I am new ans this is a quick intro on me for what it's worth.

I need help.
I have no money and I cant afford to update the windows 2000 system I am on one particular problem I keep getting is when I click onto my ISPmit takes around 3 minutes for the scrren to appear and then if I want to visit certain areas if wqeb sires it also take ages.
Can anyone help me please?

Is Win2K up to date?
Try defrag and chkdsk and look in Event viewer for errors in System Or Application.
