i have been having a spot of trouble with the computer and a colleague has offered to save all the information of my hard drive (currently out of the computer) onto their computer. they then said they would re install windows, the only problem is I cannot find the disc (if I had one in the beginning) to re install windows. also someone else has said that the e mails may not be found therefore they will not be able to be saved. Hi David
If you dont have a OS disk you can buy one of your choice xp or Vista and install it. if your laptop is on a LAN you can retrieve your mail if youre email is exchange[jjust ask the network admin].
