Yesterday I had to reload Adobe Acrobat to download a PDF file
and as part of the download there was a complimentary scan by
Norton of my system. Since I have McAfee as my security package
I thought it might be good to get a second "opinion".

After scanning I received a message that had 3 potential problems.
The low priority was a "Tracking Cookie" while the medium priority
was "Adware.Ezula" and a high priority was "Downloader.Trojan".

In the past when I would run a scan with McAfee it would pick up a
"potentially unwanted program"....but when I hit the fix button all
I received was an error message that the program or item could not be corrected.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this Adware & Trojan?

Thank you,
Coach

Uninstall McAfee and redownload the latest version and reinstall it. (you'll have to have your product key I'm sure). Make sure you have all the latest updates also.
