I have a Dell Latitude Laptop using 2000 O/S and I forgot my password,
how can I reset the password

The BIOS password or your Windows 2k password?

if its the bios password it can be reset by removing the battery (cell) in the motherboard, restarting (see if the password is reset or not) and then inserting the cell again.
