Hello,
One of my Friend buy VPS with few ip's and now he want to make all those ips as Socks5 Proxies . Operating System installed on that VPS is Windows Server 2003.

Can any one here tell me how to configure multi Threaded Socks 5 server e.g 100 ip's with random generated ports ..

Few Hints will also be appreciated
