I am running Windows Vista Home Premium on a Hewlett Packard Pavilion dv6 notebook. The notebook has installed on it an HP program named "HP total care advisor" which used to load OK on start up but will now not load.

An error message now appears on start up "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Can anybody help please?
