I've had my laptop for a few years now, and the internet wireless has always worked. We went away for the weekend and turned the wireless box off as we do every night anyway, when we came back the internet no longer worked, Talk talk then sent us another router an simple instructions to set it up - which we did and the laptop would connect to the router but then not to the internet. We were on the phone to talk talk for 4 hours trying to resolve the issue they told me various things which included plugging the yellow cable from the router to my laptop - great the internet works. But as soon as we unplug the cable it wont connect to the internet, Im sick of trying to find ways of working this. The annoying thing is it connects to other laptops and ipods but just wont work on mine since I plugged the cable in?
