I really need to purge a couple of lines from XP Pro, and can't raise anything with regedit. How does one access the Registry in XP Pro? Info on the subject really appreciated.
Thanks, BuddyB

I thought it was the same as XP home. This article mayhelp you.

For XP Home you just go to

Start>Run>type regedit

-T

Regedit will not come up in WinXP Pro on my machine; says it's not a suitable sytem for DOS.

Try "regedt32" in the run box

that should work.

It does work. I thank you for that.
