My company is currently running Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server. We had Exchange 2000 set up so that if a read receipt was requested on an internal email it would force you to send the receipt and for external emails you could choose if you want to send the receipt or not. Now we have upgraded to 2003 the options to enable us to do what we are looking for can not be found. Our outside consulting firm has tried setting it up but has left us down. They had enabled read receipts for everyone for every email, no way to turn it off. That got annoying after about 30 seconds. Any help would be appreciated.
