I'm hoping someone can help me with a little problem.

I am trying to archive email I have stored in Outlook 2003, but after entering the appropriate settings, Outlook says it's archiving in the bottom right corner, creates a PST file, but then flashes through every folder in about 5 seconds and doesn't actually archive anything.

All the settings I have enterred are correct (everything older than 3 months basically), but for some reason Outlook doesn't think I have anything that old, but I do, I have loads!

Any ideas anyone?

It did the same for me then i installed the newest office Service Pack (2 or 3 , cant remember) and it fixed it.

Do a search for "microsoft update" and sign up. Its like windows update except it updates all MS products too (like office)

Big download though so dont do it on dialup.
