Hello!

I want to thank all of you that have helped me when I needed help. This time I am getting this when I start the computer: CANNOT CONNECT TO FILE SYSTEM ICD NOT RUNNING. Can someone tell me how to resolve this in simple terms? Thank you.

By the way: I know you guys are experts here. Several weeks ago I asked how to fix my Outlook Express because I can't receive any messages and I tried what was suggested in a reply email message but it did not work, so I have not been able to resolve this yet. Any other suggestions? Thanks,

Please ensure its not ICD but its InCD service. Are you using InCD software ?
