my dell inspiron 14r laptop dvd/rw not working i.e. it is not ejecting. please solve my problem immediatly.

Jump to PostIf you look at the drive bay bezel / door, you should see a little hole next to the eject button. Get a paper clip or other small tool (pin) that will fit into that, and push. That is the manual release.

If your DVD drive is not working, you may consider replacing it.
