Grey hat SEO is black hat SEO that has not been caught yet and penalised
Yet is the operative word, any gains that occur until being delisted are more than lost, being delisted
The practitioner knows it isnt right, knows what will happen to the subject when it is caught, but does it anyway
not a good idea if you wish to be in SER for more than this week

A woman goes into labor at a very modern hospital.
The doctor says, we have a new pain transfer device that can let the father take some of the pain away from the mother, but I have to warn you even 10% is pretty bad on a man.

The husband says, I have a high pain threshold let me have it.

The doctor sets the machine at 10% and the husband says, that's not bad give me 25%. He takes that and says go ahead up to 50%. No problem go to 75%, not bad go to 100% The baby is born and the doctor tells the husband that is twice what any other husband has endured, it would kill most men.

The man goes home and finds the mailman, dead on the front porch.

Geez ben, Googlebot will associate [link removed] with www.weblup

these questions and the links will from this site will appear before your own links, and downgrade you.
People will see you know nothing (Now)
won't be able to understand the time between now and then,
and assume you know nothing (then),
before they hit your live page, , when you go live

Of course you're at DaniWeb, you know there are errors, you don't need customers to know

either
post the code for direct remediation,
or
put the site on a freehost and link to that for questions, until it works and you have full idea what you are doing,
bad links then go somewhere other than your live host : blogspot maybe

http://www.w3.org/wiki/CSS/Properties/z-index

The stack level of the generated box in the current stacking context is 0. The box does not establish a new stacking context unless it is the root element.

and
http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/visuren.html#propdef-z-index

In the following example, the stack levels of the boxes (named with their "id" attributes) are: "text2"=0, "image"=1, "text3"=2, and "text1"=3. The "text2" stack level is inherited from the root box. The others are specified with the 'z-index' property.

the stack levels of the boxes.. .. "text2"=0 ∴ 0 is valid,

below is not correct, w3c documentaton specifies 'integer' which includes zero, zero is defined as the default base, so the declaration <div style="margin: -250px 0 0 730px; position: relative; z-index: 0;"> is correct, but inline styles suck and should be removed to stylesheets

Further on, "z-index: 0", (used on your second div) is not a valid z-index css value. Should be a non-zero positive integer or negative. Not sure if you can find this inf., in css documentation though.
