in boston there is a free newspaper called the metro which a few days ago published this story. (it is kinda gross so i hope i dont get banned)

A man(in some far away country) could not goto sleep because of this chicken that would not stop clucking. he grabbed a meat cleaver went outside to kill the chicken. then (here is the gross part) in a freak accident he cut off his own p*ni$ and his dog ate it.

MY idea to how this happened was he was drunk as hell thought he heard a chicken outside (i dont think there ever was one). he went outside to kill this imaginarary chicken and had the weirdest freak accident ever.

it doesnt matter what currency you are using as long as they sell the same card world wide then it will be fine. I justed wanted to know in your opinion what the best video card it is.

I am also pretty satisified with the 5200 performance it can run doom3 at high quality res without going slow it only goes slow when i do halo campaign but that is because the game engine is crap. My friends dad called the 5500 a piece of $hit when i recommended buying it and when i asked what he was thinking about getting he said a fx 4 (shows how much he knows). They didn't get a nvidia card they got a ati radeon 9600 pro which from my experience is notorius for driver problems.

i have 512mb ram if i ever saved up enough i would get 2 gb if i have enough slots (i should it would be a little over 2 if i have 4 512mb cards) adn what do you suggest for a video card my brother might give me his geforce 5500 when he custom builds his comp. the 5200 was upgraded from a geforce 4 after my powersupply ran out and dell just sent us a whole new way more upgraded computer for no extra cost (steal)

what else are you running with it i need my motherboard to be able to use pentium 4 ht, Nvidia geforce fx 5200, soundblaster audigy 2 (thats all i can think of w/o openin up my machine) i forget what type of memory i have because my dad got new one a little while ago and so can that run all that. yeah the tools you should be using that are free are spybot S&D, ad-aware SE, and hijackthis. You probably got spyware doctor which finds things but then asks you to register it is a good program but not worth the money.

graphic cards on xbox's are usually like a geforce 4 or 5200 so there not that good. And for most games that use really complicated controls or use a lot of camera views theni use a controller but since i am an avid cs player i just config most games to my cs controls plus i have a 5 button mouse with a mwheel (shoot, meele, reload, throw grenade, zoom, mwheel up change gun, mwheel down change grednade.) so you see with all that stuff on the mouse i am free to use the controls on my keyboard with out switching hands.

why do you want to uninstall sp2 you will need it to get future windows updates.
And for the norton problem just get a program like uninstaller plus or something like that.

i have a dell dimension 8300 with xp how would i overclock it. The processor is a pentium 4 ht 3ghz (and something about 2 cpu's it said in dxdiag but i do not have 2 processors).

ok my friend is on a wireless home network with cable and one of his computers always has low signal strength or shuts off. Is there a way to improve the signal strength?Or does he have to buy a better netgear card or something. If so how much do good netgear cards cost.

personally i told him he should just get an ethernet connection and scrap the wireless but his parents don't want to have to run the wires.

yeah i have it for pc and i don't like getting systems because they are always coming out with better ones and most of the games i like come out for pc. In the case of halo 2 sure the game is going to release for xbox first but it will still have a bunch of ppl who want to buy it for pc i think you underestimate how many ppl play halo on pc because usually the amount of ppl on a server is around 8 and the amount of servers is like thousands.

ok you need to update your hijackthis to 1.98.2 then you need to do an ad-aware scan a spybot S&D scan and a virus scan before posting the new log (the virus scan is optional but it usually cleans up some of the clutter of the logs).

well you probably right in the thinking that this has something to do with the spyware removal because most toolbars are spyware. Having toolbars is not good for your internet explorer it hinders it. I would just set your security settings in IE higher now that it comes with pop up block or you could just join the millions of ppl who have switched to the mozilla firefox browser. I like it better it has better security i barely get pop ups it has good extensions for it. you dont need the googletoolbar it has a search built in and it reduces spyware.

well i do and dont this suggestion sort of meets you have way on reinstalling windows. OK so when you ran spybot it probably found something that was atached to windows component and deleted the component. What you need to do is run the xp cd and when prompted whether or not you want to reinstall or restore your current windows os you should choose restore. What this will do is reinstall any windows components that might be missing. You will not loose any personal data or applications.

ok you are confusing me is it windows explorer (the program that pretty much runs every graphic detail on xp including menus and the taskbar or is it internet explorer (the commonly used web browser that has a lot of flaws).

yeah if you do a google search for a wine for a game title usually it will bring to a site where you can download a whole bunch of them.

ok you need to update your hijackthis to 1.98.2 and you need to unzip it to its a directory somewhere on your hard drive (preferably in its own folder) you cannot run out of the zip file. Also you cannot run internet explorer while scanning and before scanning you should do an ad-aware scan, a spybot S&D scan, and a virus scan. This helps filter out a lot of stuff in the log so that someone has a better chance of catching a problem.

and i think that you can get something that is called CWshredder that is made specifically for your coolsearch problem (im not sure never used it because i haven't had that problem yet, but have heard mods tell ppl to get it.).
