Hi
I have a dell d505 wich is dead no power when i switch on with battery when i plug in the power adapter the green light is on but when i plug it into the laptop the green light goes OFF it sounds like i am getting a short of some kind
would be thankfull for any help

Annnnnnd this prob. continues when you change batt. and AC adapter?
If one of the above noted doesn't help it's a trip to the shop.
