There are quite a good number of companies that will use car paint on your mac lappy, iMac, iPod, or tower. They all seem to have gotten overall good reviews - if you pick yourself up a copy of MacAddict or some other mac magazine, there will usually be a …

If this just happened, it might be because I recently created a rule in the Apache .htaccess file to redirect http://daniweb.com/ to http://www.daniweb.com/ Therefore, your cookie might be of the wrong domain. Try clearing your daniweb.com cookie and that should fix the problem.

I use my PayPal account like a savings/checking account and often will transfer large amounts of money between my PayPal account and CitiBank. My question is whether taxes will kill me transferring a lot of money into my CitiBank account all at once, since PayPal isn't a government-recognized bank?

I don't think it could hurt. I also think that people over estimate the amount of help that keyword rich URLs do.

Oh, you definitely don't want body content on your page to have misspelled words!! Put the misspelled keywords into your meta tags ... Personally, I wouldn't go any further than that.

They're definitely one of the best. You can probably expect between $1-2 CPM from them, and more if your ads perform well. Basically, the better your ads perform, the more inventory they give you, and the higher the CPM rate is. Even though they're CPM based, be sure to put …

Well, in order to do a Google search of your site, all of the pages of your site need to be well indexed in Google. DaniWeb's site specific search was done by using the Google API with the PHP language. For more information, http://www.google.com/apis/

Do you have any experience using eBay? As long as you're careful and take all of the necessary precautions you'd do when purchasing anything from an eBay auction, you should be fine. (ie reputation of seller, etc) I don't think it's any different than buying any existing (turnkey) site ... …

My AdSense revenue has really declined heavily this month. I can't figure out if it's my new design or if it's just an AdSense trend. My CTR decreased by 0.1% as well! :( What have trends been like for everyone else this month?

I'm not so sure that's a good idea. Promoting a website by buying a mailing list is a pretty spammy tactic. Some might even look down on your new site for it - which isn't a good first impression. You might find yourself with more enemies than new visitors.

It looks as if your computer might have some spyware or adware or something on it. I would go ahead and post a HijackThis log in our Viruses, Spyware, and other Nasties forum: http://www.daniweb.com/techtalkforums/forum64.html

Alternatively, you can create a forum where only staff can post, and each thread has attached files. Set permissions so that only certain members or usergroups can …

Unfortunately I'm not quite sure how to do it with directories. But by editing your DNS server you should be able to set server1.domain.com and server2.domain.com to point to two completely different IP addresses / servers.
