yeah XP doesnt support full native SATA as it didnt exist when xp came out put your disk/motherboard drivers on a floppy and hit F6 when the option appears during the blue part of xp startup. alternatively look into slipstreaming them using a tool called Nlite

they got root, but the database is fine. They didnt get anything, all they did was replace the site with a skull and crossbones. They did the same to cprogramming.com i think. Just because they could.

laptops are supplosed to get (fairly warm), but blowing out the dust will help a lot. contrary to thier name, you are not actually meant to put them onto your lap (lower your spem count)

yeah generally linux let you do "ifconfig" but unix systems want the full path (i think some want the full path if you are root too). I believe this is in case some malicious user modified your path or something (e.g replace "ls" with "rm - rf *")
