Can someone recommend a good strategy for placing PPC ads on a site protected by SSL? I've tried Google Adsense, but because Adsense is not SSL encrypted, it nags IE users with notifications that some items on the page are insecure. Any suggestions?

I have heard somewhere that if u use adword you should dot have google ads in the page you are publishing. If so google bans you. Is it true?
