Maybe the virus was back or other else might be causing the problem. Try using another spare hard disk ( if you have one or take one from other of your laptop ). Use the hard disk on your laptop and see whether you can start up and use your laptop as normal. If yes, your hard disk is infected, you can either try to clean the hard disk from the virus or do a complete reformat. But make sure you have backup your data first.

After that, identify what is your main problem and follow the suggestion and try to repair your own laptop. If you cannot you can ask for help but i will need to know what is your main problem. Tell me what is your problem by following the link i posted.

I am very attach to my macbook pro. Thus i will support it. I have two macbooks, macbook pro for home use and macbook white for school use. One thing is puzzling me, how can windows 7 force you to do anything. Maybe that is caused by a virus and not the OS problem. Win7 in very different from other windows OS. Those who use it should know. Ask Caperjack for example.

Are you using other software to log in to windows. I use Macbook Pro also and i have windows 7 install on it. But i use parallel desktop to log in windows. When i log in to windows, they never ask me to key in any password and also don't have Ctrl+Alt+Del stuff. You know when you use windows you have to press the 2 buttons to log in my macbook just auto log in without needing to press anything.

Try using the mouse on other laptop to see whether your mouse has any problem. If yes, its time to change a new mouse if no just plug in your mouse to the laptop you want to use. To use a mouse you need not install anything. Just make sure all your drivers are updated just in case.

Putting backdoors and such on your client's machines is completely unethical.
