You want to REload your previous datebase save? Go into phpMyAdmin and in the SQL tab copy and paste what is in the SQL file or upload it... If it times out you may want to upload it via FTP and then run restoration via SSH & PuTTy.

phpBB is 100% open source vB costs money and technically you get the source. All of them use mysql but some have extras such as mssql, postgresql, msaccess, etc

I doubt you can do it with Google SiteMaps because you need to be able to run python commands to even use sitemaps.
