ATI has fired there old Driver crew finally! NOw no more driver problems, well lets hope.
The CATALYST Crew just released IN june new ATI Drivers so far so good. I have a couple ATI cards so far so good. All work with DirectX9 fine no problems.
ATI is starting to come back up to the top. Congrats ATI.
About a week ago if you own a SB Card you might just happen to come by some new drivers finally hehe they finally released some new ones it's about time.

A lot of people dont like this topic but a lot of people agree with me.
Overclocking now is becoming pointless any body agree with me I talking about from Processors to Video Cards just completely pointless. Water cooling is cool as well but just not worth it no more. My buddy in LA has a water cooled system runs at 20c and my PC runs at 22c and nothing in it. I know about water cooling not going to go technical in it just saying all this is becoming pointless.

NT, 2000 Certifications arent they all the same the answer is no. Many people look at certifications as pointless and waste of money and easy. There is a big difference between NT and 2000. In September 20, 1999 Microsoft announced it will Retire the MCSE NT 4.0 Track by the end of 2001. Now there was about 450,000 MCSEs most of them considered Paper MCSEs the ones who studied questions and answers and passed the tests with a near perfect score and didnt know how to install a driver. Do you see a problem with that? Microsoft did and tried everything in there power to prevent it. Finally after years of fighting with this Microsoft has dropped the testing for NT. Within a month thousands of people complained about MS retiring these tests, so Microsoft decided to keep the NT 4.0 MCP/MCSE Certificated people only if they get re-certified for NT or upgrade to 2000. Finally Microsoft says by June 30, 2001 if you dont upgrade or re-test for the new NT testing you will no longer be considered a MCP/MCSE, you will be considered certified for what ever test you took. Well I finished Novell class is over after installing and upgrading and installing over and over and playing with it and the user management had a good time. ZEN Works is the biggest plus of all of them. That is one of the best prog/utilities I ever seen. ARC is cool along with there other prog/utilities like iPrint etc etc. You told me tek when I finish this class I will be teaching you something the only thing I learned is I still far behind you in Novell but I'm coming!

I'm against Win98 and WinME. I'm against RAM Booster and Cable/DSL Tweaks. Long story also man Windows XP Memory management is great like Windows 2000. Seriously get 256MB of ram. www.pricewatch.com probadly get a stick of 128MB for about 5 bucks. 128MB is recommanded I say 128MB is shit. I use 256MB and a machine with 512MB no problems memory shouldn't be like Win98 or WinME seems like it is.
Try faster RAM PC-100 or PC-133 for that board and see if that does it but seriously get at least 256MB it's worth a try.
Oh and by the way PC-133 not being the fastest just for that board. Speed shouldn't matter by PC-66 is like EDO ram lol doesn't even exist no more.
Funny how you said that because about 2 years ago when 16MB Video Cards were out I was telling people I cant wait for a 128MB Video Card and people were telling me how pointless that was but soon to be Doom 3 is coming out and I heard you need at least 64MB of Video Ram.
Also way back in the days people always saying how 32MB of RAM was way too much. Something to think about soon USB 2 and a lot more shit will be out like 10GB of RAM or we will call it something else.

Where would i connect the serial cable to? in my router (linksys wireless wit 4 prt switch) has only a place to plug in cable modem, 4 ethernet ports, and two removable wireless antanaes.
If it is a Router can you no matter what name brand. Also you should call them Linksys and ask them they will solve your problem in no time.
Also you can use a Serial Cable and use a thing windows comes with called Hyper Terminal I hope I spelled it right and access the Software or Hardware Software on the router something to think about.
Now like I said Server doesn't need all the hardware requirements like Windows Advanced Server. Advenced Server SUCKS OK! SUCKS! sucks sucks sucks try Server please you will save me a headache.
About Labtop there are no perfect and good labtops it's how you use them.
I dont think switching ports casued any problems also you should use Windows 2000 Server Family more stable then win2k advanced server. Also what kind of LapTop you have?.
Also let me correct you on something. Lets say you didn't get Win2k on there for motherboards there are motherboards that support WinNT but "dont support win2k"

I don't think that is the problem it's something else just get Windows 2000 Server and try it out.
The hardware requirements are bigger on Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
Man oh man. First off go here. www.microsoft.com type in the search 'hcl' make sure your labtop supports Windows 2000. That would be your first step lol.
