Since NTP can reduce synchronization offsets to times of the order of a few milliseconds over the public Internet, the ONLY time this question came up is when cellural comms as in base stations were concerned. For all practical considerations NTP is orders of magnitude better than what a human needs.

Expecting others to check over a hundred lines of code is wishful thinking. Always tell what line is problematic.

I think you need to reveal more about what your goal is. That is, in my app I didn't see any new messages when I had CDBURNERXP make a CD or DVD. So messages appear to only be in each app's message system.

If such messages were system wide in Windows, I fear this OS would be even less secure than it is.

I'd hit the LO forums but it looks like that error has priors. Such as it may require the 32 bit version of Java. Just get the JDK as it will have the runtime and dev kit all in one.

Let's go with your idea of a lock. Sure thing. In your frontend app you checkout the doc or file and when it's done check it in. Think of it like books at a library.

So when your next editor/person comes along your front end sees if it's open for check out.

IE and Safari (why not test with Edge?) are problematic browsers. All we need to do is check caniuse.com and well, that's a deep well and Jimmy keeps getting stuck in the well.

I wonder if the fact you are coding for Oregon that the numbers are lower in value than for Oregon. Remember I don't know your IDE, compiler and more so all I can do is read the cst() function code and see what could be an issue with overflowing a data type.

I think your question is overly broad. To the uninitiated it might seem like a Rube Goldberg design.

But there is hope. It's called System Design. That used to be a class in our programming courses in which you would document how a system works or create a new system. Not everything back then could be automated but today I know we can do it (see video?)

So there it is. You document how it is done now then automate it till it's distilled to that one button.

Common causes I run into are:

1. The drive that had a working OS now does not.
2. The OS drive has failed. Bad drive, sectors, disconnected or just missing!

@Thomas. Keep in mind that HTML and VBS even encrypted can only be done one way as the browsers must be able to use the codes. For the VBS, you have the common decrypt at the link and from RJ above.

@Sim. I was careful to write which browser I used on my LG G4. There are browsers that come with the phones and most are limited. So you have to test what does and does not work on each browser and each phone.

Just a note about selecting a PSU. I wish it was as simple as adding more Watts. There are junk PSUs that split the +12V rails and you end up back where you started. So here's my advice.

Go ahead and add 50 to 100 more Watts but also get a "Single Rail" model.

I think we've reached an impass. I maintain that the Guest account is not created but enabled and disabled. You claim you want to create the Guest account. So something's wonky here. Wish I was there.

Your design, your choice. But on modern OSes you can have the same app do all three and let the OS run 3 instances. I don't know how long you're been working with Linux and more but the concept of free makes me think you are a DOS thinker where we only had one thread or CPU.

3. I read your other post so you are not a newbie. You would test your Online vendor to see if they know their stuff and then check what others wrote about them. Here I use Yelp.com.

Then debug your code. Insert print statements so you can find out what it is doing or just go get another sort() function to replace this.

Sorting examples are abundant so no shortage there but I do find new programmers start off with missing debugging skills. To see what your code is doing, add prints or if you use a nice IDE, step step and examine what it is doing.
