Your request is unclear and you didn't share your code so far with what error you received.

If this is a request to write your app for you be sure to publish the full specification and payment rates.

If this was mine I'd step back to see what this code does and then write it in the language and methods of my choice. As I read through your code dump it doesn't look terribly complex and may be as simple as

1. Present a menu.
2. Get a response.
3. Set some variables according to the response.
4. Present another menu and repeat at step 2.

As you are the new author you get to write the code. Unless this is a for hire situation in which you need to write a real RFQ with all the usual data.

While you didn't show your work, no manager would limit themselves to C++. Today if I were to do this I'd not code up this in C++ but create a web page with the usual server backend maybe with MySQL, Python and such. This way the system would scale and not require deploying the app to the machines.

It would also let tablets, phones and more use the restaurant system. So this can't be a good example of how such systems are made today and again, no manager I know codes their restaurant system in C++.

This has become easier as we now have smart phones so instead of the hard portfolio my phone also has demos of my works.

1. I'm amazed at many of today's grads or students that dismiss the portfolio concept. Maybe that's a good thing. Leaves more jobs for those that really put in the time and effort.
2. Tech jobs in the USA are clumping into a few cities. Now you can get all entitled or accept this is what is happening. Some are getting discouraged over that but it is happening. Part II. Here's the usual low profile GTX 1050 Ti 4GB card for such.

There's a reason I didn't find an ATI/AMD card in this class and it has to do with AMD's UEFI requirement. This also means we can't entertain the new Nvidia 16xx models.

However I will share my power consumption tests on an old HP dv9000t with the Core2Quad CPU and what it peaked out at with a few cards.
I had tests with the GT 240, 1050 Ti and a 1060.

All the models noted an 85 plus PSU at 240 Watts so at 85% efficiency your PC's limit would be the GTX 1050 Ti 4GB in some low profile model.
Many will pull back to the 1030 but that would not be suitable for say someone that is trying to game as 1080p 60Hz today.

As to the wrong answer, test your code with a cout of what the values are at the time of count and sum.
Be aware you did not initialize sum so in some compilers that could be a random number. As to average, no need to initialize.

If the number of typed values is zero the program writes 'NO AVERAGE'.

After line 25 you would have a test for what count is. Not using the code style since this is not code:
if count > 0 then (what's on 26 and 27)
else no average.

@DG, I tend to not worry about when the student gets the homework done for them. Why? Next week another assignment and they didn't learn from last week so the climb gets harder and harder. My experiences with outsourcing is it's a lot more work up front by you or your company getting the specifications down on paper which is your contract with the outsourced house or developers.

Sometimes this is dismissed as not needed by the company and the entire development feels like it was rushed, things missed and more.

In house there is some leeway as your team members get input from you much more often or they grew up with you on the effort.

So point blank the question is: How do you expect the developers or outsource company to implement what you didn't write down?

This can be a legal question so there are a few answers.

1. Ask your lawyer if such security applies to your business model.
2. So far NO law I've read demands facial recognition as security so there's no business model for shuftipro.com today. Maybe in the future. In spite of that they will market the hell out out of the idea.
3. As you want a "satisfied answer" the only answer might be the one from your lawyers. Here I can write that I can't find a law that demands you do this using facial recog.

Sorry if I don't offer fixes for this but I did something akin to the above long ago on a completely different system. So just some thoughts.

1. As to the skipping around I'd go over the app and watch out for variables that are a bit too small. That is, are any just 16 bit or such? Could this be an overflow or such issue?
2. About the screens issue. That would take a bit of work as we research API calls to see which screen the mouse is on and customize the routine for screens 0 to how many? I don't see any code above to detect the screen the mouse is on but it would be required.
