Why do more people use 1280x800 than 1280x1024? 1280x1024 is a "common" resoltution whereas 1280x800 is widescreen?

DDR3 will happen before 2010. Btw, SLI/Crossfire is overrated. I have an nVidia SLI board and the graphics performance from 2 mid-spec cards is a lot worse than just having a single top end card (and costs about the same) And i dont know about 45nm cpus sorry.

with relation to moving data it all depends on access. If you can get access via telnet or a GUI like phpmyadmin or cpanel, you can make use of MySQLs built in backup commands such as "dump" http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mysqldump.html

Yes, its a virus. Do not buy it or they will steal your credit card details and install more viruses. Run a scan using adaware and spybot and remove it
