How do you attach thumbnails.?

Well i use kaspersky and have no problem but since removing it solve your problem you should never use kasperky on an older laptop. Maybe the software is not compatible with your laptop or not stable. Try back the same softwares you have use before.

I know that you can download itunes from the internet but is the wrong stuff. The orignal poster said this " How do i copy all my music from my old itouch to the computer/itunes,so i can put it on my new itouch." Just transferred the music from the old one to the new one. Why does he need the computer/itunes. He could just use diskaid.

I agreed with abelLazm and jwenting. Your browser and computer will take screenshot of pictures of webpages you visited without you knowing. You can go and find folder that has your browser name and you will likely find the pictures of webpage you visited.

Sorry wrong information, you need to find a folder that have the name caches and go inside and find your browser name.

If it is still pretty new you can use it if not, you can dissemble it and use different parts for different purpose. AS the name goes, use the modem as a surfboard. Or you can try selling it to a hardware shop or other people who might need it.

You have two choices either you replace it yourself or have an expert do it for you. having an expert to fix it for you cost a lot and replacing the keyboard is easy, I will suggesting just buy the keyboard suitable your laptop and replace yourself, this way it won't cost a lot.
