Close Dani :-), but this isn't C/Java :-P. First of all, I'm assuming your using VB6. If you're not, tell me what VB version you're using and I'll adjust the code. A better way of implimenting this, is to add a Class Module. I named my class module clsStateTime, and …

I like your design. One suggestion, you should really change the page title from "Untitled Document". ::grins::

Research the history of computer related stuff and write about it! Heres the adlib you show to the class: I've always wanted to know where the idea of __________ (computer related noun) came from! Let's do some research and find out! Then, make few nice webpages with the history, and …

Well, you can't do this with VB 6.0. On the upside, you can do this with Visual Studio .NET (but I'm sure you don't have that). The cheapest and easiest to use program that will make your VB 6 apps have MSI installers is called "Wise for Windows Installer 4," …

This has been a real shock to me. Just when it seems safe, this comes back to bite you. It seems ironic that the first Israeli was on this flight. Being an American Jew, I am greatly saddened about this unfortunate outcome to Israel

Well, if you haven't noticed already, some to most of the internet is down! This is due to an exploit in Microsoft SQL Server SP2 and lower. A buffer overrun can allow hackers to run code on the SQL Server. This worm, infects an SQL Server and then that SQL …

You may have an ISA modem. ISA is an old standard for connecting expansion cards to the motherboard, and it is NOT plug and play. Just go to Add Hardware in control panel, and let it do a detection. If that dosen't work, then I would open your case up, …

Well, I don't have that much experience with SPARC computer, but I think it would be the same. First of all, are you 100% sure the cd is good? If you downloaded it, does the MD5 hash agree with one from a good copy (this will often be on the …

I have no idea what you guys are saying. Maybe you should get this from a real Novell Guru. Novell may cost more out of the box (more on this later), but its ultimate cost is MUCH less. Unix/Linux is hard to configure, and the corporation needs to be trained …

Its like that for a reason. Since Windows XP is a multi-user environment, one Windows user account has 1 OE6 identity. If another person wants a new identity, create a Windows user account, login as that account, and go into OE6. Presto.

Who's layout do you like better? Our's or YaBB.info's (the maker of this board)? Personally, I like YaBB's much better. I feel that the "Subject" column is to thin, and the "Started By" column is to wide. TechTalkGal likes it like this, just so the header and footer columns line …

I decided to aquire Windows .NET RC1 the legal way, direct from Microsoft. I signed up about a week and a half ago, for the "CPP Preview Program" (whatever that means) and got the email today. Aparently, MS does not have enough servers to meet demand. I can't get there …
