You can not uninstall Office XP that i remember without the cd :\
If you have a MSDN subscription you can download from there also, the one from MSDN has the actual ziped 100 or so meg internet explorer files.
I agree with caperjack on this one, i like to see the actual time.

Start-Run "regedit" File-Export ;)
There is no need for this forum to be here.
hey guys, whenever i try to open http://localhost or anyting using localhost it does not work. The page says can not be displayed or can not connect to localhost. Any Ideas?
Yeah that would work, BUT he has no Menu or View Menu ;)
Your CD might be done bro, I don't know what to tell ya. You can go out and buy one of those CD/DVD cleaners, but you can't guartee they will work :(
Wait, when you open UP the "My Computer" icon on your desktop? Or when you boot up windows?
Hmm, what service pack are you on?
Boot.ini boots from c:/ not c:/windows. Your gonna have to go into recovery mode by inserting your windows xp cd before you boot up. Boot your Windows XP cd and go to Recovery Console. Then type Help and it will list all the commmands. Choice the option to reset or renew boot record, that should take care of the problem. Feel free to PM me with any questions.
You can go into DOS mode and reconfigure the boot record, or reinstall windows :\
Try cleaning it off with soft cloth, or put glass whipe on it, rub it off gently, and put her back in.
Yeah bro, it's called formatting. Pop in your Windows XP CD, boot it up, go to Install Windows, then look in the instruction and it asks if you want to format. Hit yes, and it will install XP. This whipes out everything on your computer and installs a fresh Windows Installation.
Damn how the hell did you do that, i tried to do it and couldn't, try going into control panel and going to folder options, and hit restore orginal and it should work.
Your graphics card might have gone bad, the same thing happened with me with my Geforce 4 Ti 4200.
sounds like a corrupt windows :\ You may need to reinstall.
Do you have any popup blockers? If so this might be blocking the Flash Install POPup which would prevent you from installing flash.
If you tell us what the message is, it might help us find out the problem. Tell me what the exact message is and ill look it up for ya.
Reinstall Windows or call Tech support :(
Hm, im honestly not sure on this one, what operating system are you running?
I'd recommend Zone Labs Zone Alarm. You can download it here: http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/catalog/products/sku_list_za.jsp?lid=db2_free

Rules/Moderator Edit:
Please make sure to attach your image - not link to it or insert it into the body. Attaching automattically creates an thumnailed image, and ensures that people will be able to see your image (and you can't mistakenly delete it off your webspace :-P).
No, you only need to partition if you plan on installing multiple operating systems on one computer. All you need to do is stick in your Windows XP cd, boot that baby up, then go to "Install Windows" then select the drive and press F to format. This will whipe out your entire hardrive and install windows in a few easy steps. Good luck man.
You still can format and check if you don't want to send it back, to format, boot your windows xp cd, then go to install windows, hit f to format and install. This option whipes out everything on your hardrive, which gets rid of the errors and such. But as viperman said, call dell.
Im sure theres software out there that can do that for you such as firewalls and such, google it.
Try upgrading to the latest Office 2000 service pack which you can find at http://office.microsoft.com
Nice link mate :)
Try changing the default windows program for opening JPEG and other types of imaging files. You can download the Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000 and it comes with a built in feature that allows you to change the image default opening program. Good luck.
If your e-mail server doesn't allow a certain file size to be sent, you can't do anything about it, unless they have a special subscription you can buy that allows bigger sends.
Hmm, what you should do is make sure the access program isn't in the startup folder, if it isnt, go into MSCONFIG and uncheck the startup items bullet. If that doesn't work i dont know whats up
Port Forwarding Buddy, You gotta forward your sending ports for you to able to send files. Tell me the router and ill tell ya how :)
Ok, when your computer is on, hit control alt delete and check the tasks, see if theres anything non wanted in there. If not, do what Dani suggested and upgrade drivers and make sure there WHQL.
Format + Reinstall Windows = Problem Fixed.
Um, im sure there are some good screen capture programs out there, google one up and see what ya find.
Just wanted to say its been a pleasure helping here and this is my 50th post :)
