this might help "system file checker" , go to start /run/ type in SFC /scannow ,note there is a space between the C and the /, you will likely need the windows cd in to replace the missing or corrupt system files

sounds like its overheating ,if you have a addin video card ,check its fan,and also maybe a motherboard chipset fan.you may need to remove cpu fan/heatsinc and add some heatsinc compound . also go start /run , type in ,eventvwr.msc check system errors may show something .
