There is also a program called CCleaner ([url]http://www.filehippo.com/download/fa855939b254b2924ee1d88ccdd5a0ce/download/?nodl=1[/url]) that should remove most, if not all, of your temporary files (and other garbage) without the need to search. I'd try it first and see if it gets the Norton stuff, if not follow the instructions here: [url]http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2000041213443506[/url]
