If you right click onto the button in question, you will see the link that it is hopefully going to, if there is no link shown then add it in and press OK, that may solve your issue.

A voltmeter is a device that measures the voltage across two charged objects. I don't think this is really necessary unless you know what you are doing really so ignore that. Obvious question but have you plugged the PSU cables back into the motherboard slots where the original cables were?

This looks to me like your monitor is broken. Is it an old style CRT monitor (looks like an old TV) or a more modern LCD one? When did you buy it?

If you don't use the internet at all or only for downloading e-mail from a web server, then they are not much use really. If you use the internet for general browsing every now and then, get an Anti-virus programme, hackers can do all sorts of mysterious things.

Have you tried changing the channel that the wireless is on? Often slow speeds are down to channels conflicting between neighbouring networks. As dalefish said, they had success changing the channel. It may also work for you sifuhall & anubi.

It is possible if you create a network between all of the PC's. Then place all the information in a Shared Folder on the invoice computer. Then you should be able to access that information from any one of the other computers.

So many renewable energy types..... Most are not that good to be honest, on a day with no wind, wind turbines are pointless, in the dark solar power is useless. Looks like it's back to burning coal again, <sigh>.

You could try to get the latest drivers off the website that makes your wireless mouse. Are you plugging the items into the same USB ports as before? If so it could be a USB port issue. I would check for any dirt/dust/debris in the port itself. Use a hoover …

London's display wasn't too bad this year. I thought the two guys on a boat firing fireworks off the back was a bit rubbish. Those poor people had to wear these weird glittery jump suits. Strange....

I think most adverts are pointless. Instead of making me interested in the product, they make me bored, unless it is a really well put together ad, like the Sony Bravia ones, the one's where they covered buildings in different coloured paint. Otherwise most adverts make me change channels! :D

Are the 2 1Gb sticks new, and the 2 512Mb ones from before the upgrade? You may not notice a speed boost because the 2 1Gb RAM sticks are having to run at the old 512Mb clock speed. Can you tell us what the clock speed (MHz) of the 512Mb …

Try to plug the monitor into the mobo itself if it has a VDU slot. Then see if you actually get a picture, then try to install the drivers from there. Might be worth a shot.

Have you tried connecting a PS/2 keyboard to the machine to check that it is still picking up a signal from a keyboard? Have you tried a different USB to the one you normally use? The USB slot may have broken.
