Another question. How safe is Daniweb, like what precaution does daniweb takes to prevent hackers from stealing private data. I have seen websites that belongs to huge company. They hired security experts and web developers to develop a website, but hackers are still able to steal data. They made it seems like a piece of cake. Is the security experts not doing their job well or the hackers are too good at their own game ( Stealing Data )?

Leeches? Plenty of them in the Hardware and Software forum. You give them answers they never even reply you. No response, no thanks. When i do a check, i found out that they had already got help in another forum, a long time ago. What is the point of creating an account and a thread when you have already solved your problem.:angry:

Stop do not reformat your computer. I repeat do not. If you had seen this post, reply to me immediately so i know you have read it and acknowledge it. Try posting this in the virus, spyware and other nasties forum. Virus experts there might have a solution. They might recommend you some softwares or other steps. In the meantime you might want to read this and create a thread in the virus spyware forum. YOu can click here if you cannot find the forum. Any question just post.

1) Tell us what websites you use?
2) Try different browser
3) Try using different internet connection but i doubt that will be the problem

Possible reason might be the file size is too big so that website do not allow you to upload. Certain websites have a file upload limit thus large files cannot be upload unless you compressed. Also you might want to do a virus scan to make sure there are no viruses on your laptop.

Try uploading other files as well. Try powerpoint slides file. If the problem occur, it might be your file size too big. Check that, if you file size is less than 25 MB it should not have any problem. Second contact the websites hoster. The one that host your website domain. Good luck

I have that game but i hardly play it. But the game only suits for xbox or pc, i have a xbox 360, thus i am able to play. Good luck, if you find it fun, you might want to purchase it. Mine is the full version but only my brother plays it. lol

Also can be a display problem. lol. Can be a motherboard error or any lose parts or components. Follow rubberman advice and later tighten all components in your laptop.

I suspect it was a laptop because this was post in the PC hardware forum. That means it must be a laptop or desktop computer. But nice answer rubberman, you are an expert.

YOu said Keygens, maybe they are the malware that affect your keyboard thus your keyboard is having problem. The all malware found by malware bytes are the cause of your problem. It seems that malware bytes have not removed them cleanly. You can try doing a scan using various anti virus software. Vista are also known to be vulnerable to viruses. If problem persists backup all your importan files and do a reformat. But when you backup files, do a scan on the files first as they might have malware on them and will infect your external hard drive. Best of luck.

ClamXav is good but the scan speed is slow but it offer to scan for windows malware too. I like iAntiVirus and using it now.

i thought downloading movie on netflix is not illegal since they already allow download or watching online. Are you using windows, if you are you can you other softwares for that. While playing the first part of the movie the second part is already loading.

Well hibernation is actually just putting your laptop into a sleep mode but a bit different. When you wake your computer up from a hibernation, everything is the same you last use it. Example you last use IE9 and have 3 tabs open. When you hibernate it, nothing change. Thus when you use your computer again everything will be the same, with 3 tabs in IE9. Shut down is closing all running application thus nothing will be the same when you use your laptop again.

It really depends how long you are not using your computer. If you do not want to use it for around a few minutes to 2 hours, it is best to let the laptop to sleep. Turning it off and on will only damage the laptop. But if you do not want to use your laptop for a few days, it is best to turn it off. LEaving it on will shorten the battery lifespan. You can also hibernate your computer if you want to.

Seems like a display problem at first but could be a faulty motherboard too. Maybe some parts are loosen have, try tightening all the parts. Loose parts can cause problems like this. Check it and post back.

I'm trying to figure out how the fan is controlled with the idea that perhaps something was reset during the battery replacement. However, I don't have a clue. Any ideas? Assistance is much appreciated.

From your first post. Maybe the fan was reset when the battery change. Try using back the same battery and see whether it works. If it does not work, it seems that the batteries are not causing the problem but rather the fan since you have used back the same battery. Try taking it to a repair shop and have an expert look at it.
