By full screen do you mean maximized window or you want to have every window open as full screen ?

Delete the specific partition and then create it again ... then format it.

I suspect you would have dragged your toolbar to some other location other than the default one. Just close the toolbar (the window with icons) and it'll come to its original location the next time you use your video software.

ntldr is the file that triggers the start of windows ... so its always needed to start windows .. you can just insert your windows xp cd in your cd rom and repair windows.

Is any other site opening in your Internet explorer ?? Empty your internet cache and then try to access any site ... If you can access other sites .. then you can try signing into the msn web messenger ... webmessenger.msn.com

I've noticed that when the exit windows and start windows sound is enabled ... the system takes a lot of time to boot or shutdown. You can disable these annoying sounds from your control panel -->Sounds and Audio Devices -> Sounds ... and make your system boot and shutdown faster.
