I say reinstall your system or restore it. Use that disk that came with your system seems like you got a bad case of having a old computer. I would also install WinXP or Win2K and higher.

Blue do this, you probably have one partition. That meaning your system files are on it (Win2k-PreLoading) you can't just break the partition I believe so you need to upgrade once you’re in the OS then get like Partition Magic or use Computer Management to create and make new partitions.
