RAM could also be a slight issue, but agreeing with Josh, it looks to me as if your gfx card is either faulty or you don't have the correct drivers installed. But after 3 weeks a laptop shouldn't be doing this, i do highly recomend you take it back to …

Select battlefield 2 from this site, and it will tell you what parts of your system meet with the minimum specs of the game. Any that don't fit with the minimum specs will appear in red. http://prod2.srtest.com/referrer/srtest

From my experience, motherboard onboard audio is sufficent for gaming, i use mine and have for a long time, but if you want that extra crisp clear sound, go for the sound card.

I have a hamster :P It likes to climb upside-down ontop of her cage, so fun to watch... :) My favourite animal as a pet would be a snake :P Snakes are awesome, i don't see why people are scared of them. Only a tiny proportion are actually deadly.

If you don't want to download anything, take it to your nearest tech centre and let them restore them, although you will be charged for it.

If it's not booting, look for dislodged or misplaced cables, check you have put the RAM in correctly, or if you accidentily put in some different RAM if you had some spare. Think about checking that all of the data cables are corectly placed in (the thin grey ones).

Crucial messed around with it's website a bit, so you have to go hear and download there scanner: http://www.crucial.com/systemscanner/loader.asp?agree=yes&tabid=AM&pagename= Once you have downloaded it, run the small program and it will link up with their site and tell you what you have, and what to upgrade it too.

Also check that it is the same type of RAM and is compatible with your motherboard. E.g. ur current RAM lets say is PC3200 Ur old RAM lets say is PC2100 The old RAM wouldn't work beacuse it is the wrong type. To see what type it is, look at …

Try the 'save password' tick box if there is one. I have mine logged in automatically when i go onto it. A good thing to do is to bookmark the 'control panel' page of your user account, then you don't have to keep logging in all of the time.

Well changing a case would not affect the workings of a CPU. Have you dislodged any cables, or put them back inthe wrong place? Check that all of the power/data cables are the correct way round and in the right ports.

You can do remote assistant without msn. Silly boy. You can do it over a LAN, or most probably in this case a WAN. Or just use the internet, there's an option in the start menu under programs.

Does the Joystick have drivers? If so install them or find them through Logitech Website. Check your Control Panel under 'Game Controllers' to check that it is installed. If it isn't install it throug the wizard. Hope that helps in some way.
