Not a big fan of tools. Just search for a particular keyphrase, go to the first few listings and analyze those pages as much as you can.

Make a simple web surfing throughout the internet, maybe a much more precise one, a local search around your living zone, you can find plenty of UNSUCCESSFUL newly popped-up ecome websites! I've used Google AdWords in the past and found it very useful. But there is technical way in using it, so best you spend a day in learning about how to put a campaign together but you get started - or just outsource the work to someone who is AdWords …

Everyone has mentioned ALL that you need to do. Now it's just a matter of taking consistent action - day in - day out and not giving up.
Hey xcdear213, your best link building strategy certainly depends on your goals and the content you offer on your page. Generally you should try to create a quite natural and well-balanced back link structure, what means, try to get links from differents sources and step by step: Regular web pages …

I've read through a lot of the comments here, and it seems that the general consensus is that Google screwed up.

I'd love to love Magento, but unfortunately I just spend soo much time fixing bugs that I ended up giving it up. BigCommerce was my saving grace.

I have to say BigCommerce. Easy to use, intuitive, has seo built-in, integration with just about every tool out there. Really this thing is a class above all else. It does cost money, but it's money well spent. Check out my review for more details if you're interested in BigCommerce.

Why do you want to try out a .NET Ecommerce solution? What's wrong with the ones written in PHP?

You're doing it the right way as it is. Keep doing what you're doing. Don't give up and you'll see results. The deadline should be about 3 months of long consistent work.

Truth be told, Offline Marketing is one of the best ways to promote a website. I've had some really impressive results by doing so. You will need to spend money in order to do so, but it's well worth it.

You know I've never even considered it yet. But considering how much traffic the site receives I think it would be very beneficial.

Yes, agree using oDesk is great. I use that often. Another good one to look at is eLance.

What exactly is your question? I would suggest looking through places like Youtube with a question that you have. Lots of great resources there.

Tell your friends and family about it. Tell them to tell their friends and family. One of the best ways in promoting a website is to go offline.

I think it all depends on the quality of the list. If the people on the list are there because they're genuinely interested in what you are offering, than for sure it's worth it.

That actually seems like two doubts to me. Article spinning works if you spin it enough. If you simply replace a word here and there, your article would be considered very week. It will take you at least half a day (usually much more) to produce a good article to …

That question could actually have another meaning... Think of your browser and the cache there. Websites that you've visited are stored in the browser cache for better performance and more personalization. Websites that you visit for the first time are new. Search engines work with cache and indexing is around …

Sorry I would say neither of the two that you mentioned. I would personally go for one that involves a monthly fee just because I know it'll be error free most likely. So things like Shopify, Volusion and BigCommerce would be my choices.

I often write quality articles - and I often get them re-published all over the Internet. Do I worry about that? No at all. I'm quite flattered honestly.

Try typing link wheel into Google Images. You'll get some nice stuff there as well that can help you understand it if you're more of a visual person.

I'd say it will cost about between $300 - $500 depending on the quality of person who is working on the page.
I'll go out on the line on this one ... I would suspect your keyphrase contains the word "India" and that the word "India" is liberally peppered throughout the webpage.
