Re: I work for BGSU's Computing Connection, and I use/reccomend Zone Alarm for a firewall, and McAffee for anti-virus. Oh and Firefox for Internet browsing. Kaspersky may be good, i've never tried it. | |

Re: I use soulseek for filesharing. No ads, no spyware, real straight forward. Run winsockfix in my sig, it only takes a couple minutes and a restart. It may bring back your internet. | |

Re: find the disks that came with your computer that say something about a "QuickRestore" or "system recovery" then you should just be able to pop that disk in and restart your comp. It should give you instructions from there. (there may be multiple disks in your quick recovery set.) | |
