you disable cookies and Antivirus ,did you disable the firefox addons ,and try firefox and see if it still crashes if it doesn't ,re-enabling them one at a time, to see if one of them maybe causing the crash

did you install the latest firefox .I use it[16.0.1] on win8 and it doesn't give me any problems at all .but over the years it has ,and was usually fixed by reinstall it

as for the fan ,if you think you might have caused it by some change to the bios ,did you reset the bios to defaults ,and then try again ,and as for the windows install fail .it would have just started over ,formatted the drive and try the install again .good luck

did you try installing latest driver for you video device ,making sure you have the latest driver

first step ,tell us what the problem is .

assuming ubiquiti wireless is a wireless intenet service provider ,and comes into your house via a newtwork cable fron the outside antenna ,you will need to get a wireless router and connect the cat5[newtwork cable] to the wireless router ,run a secone cat5[network cable] to your computer ,setup wireless router on your computer ,then you should be able to connect wireless devices to the new wireless router .

try unplugging the harddrive/dvd drive sata cable from the board and remove the video card and the ram ,and the front case usb connectors ,does it turn on with out them installed .

fist thing I see is the size of the hdmi connection on the cable ,and I have to ask does your phone have full or mini hdmi[all small devices with hdmi I have have see used mini hdmi ] connection ,either way I not 100% if its the cable you need this from the description bothers me ,allthought im no expert on connectors and signals.

if the motherboard/video or harddrive is overheating most laptop reays will do little to help ,in my opinion ,you might wantto use a can of compressed ait to clean out the fan and heatsinc, doesn't take much to make them run hot

In Windows 7, however, when I minimize a window it goes to the second position from the top of the stack. If I press Alt+Tab the first window it wants to bring me back to is the one I just minimized. This annoys me to no end because when I minimize a window, I don't want to revisit it again for a little while. Yet, I am always accidentally Alt+Tabbing to it when I really wanted something else

first thing i would do is try the disks in another computer to make sure they are working ,

making sure the video is connected to the monitor ,tturn off the monitor ,unplug the computer from the power source ,hole the power button in for 1 inuter ,plug computer back in boot computer then turn on the monitor ,in that order ,works for me sometimes
