Well, can't understand actually what you are tring to talk over there no-dofollow ?? Are you trying to find out nofollow and do follow links for your site ?? If you are then you can try using ahrefs its a good tool for such information.
There are no new tools available over the web which would help you in increasing your visiblity infact things have gone even more strict only legimite work is something which could help you out. So, I would say better option would be stop asking such stupid question for tools and work in a legimite manner.
@SimonIoa I didn't mean to to say that you should give away ipads and all if you are low on budget, I'd say try giving out Tshirts which has you website logo, try gving out coffee mug with again your logo printed upon as in this way the winner of the contest will act as an promotionl material for you, let me tell you a little secret like if I have seen someone wearing a tshirt printed some company name or ... what I do is atleast I give them a visit and throwing out tshirts and coffee mugs and all isn't that much costly. And yes do make sure that you set way more high standard for one to pass through ! All the best ! :D

@mindstreak I think you are advising @OP at the wrong direction using tools is just not recommended to build your backlinks it will get you into the bad side of google. I would say @OP don't listen to him work over the backlinks in manual mode i.e buliding slowly on your own ! Unless get ready to see the dark side of Google. And if @mindstreak is doing the same thing they he will soon find himself getting vanished from SERPs.
Well, getting conversion through email marketing depends totally upon luck but that doesn't means its not sucessfull it do works but it needs paitence dedication.

@simonloa that's true there are some freelance people says that they will promote your site by paying them a little amount, but I would say they will do all the same thing which you can do on your own they will create fb pages to promote you, they will link your page with some other (I don't know but I don't actually trust with then) I'd say don't take help from them on this one rather than you create a fb,G+, Twitter,Linkedin,stumble etc. and try giving away some freebies run some contest you will automatically start generating attention. But be sure that you keep your social profile updated regularly with tweaks and tricks, I would say sometimes it would be much better if you just share some useful information over your pages rather than promoting yourself, it's a good way to build brand reputation.

Free backlinks ??? I would say you need a little correction over there because there's nothing like free backlink what actually it's when you get the backlink with the help of forums, Q/As etc in a natural way i.e. working your way out with white hats techniques then those are strong good link and those paid links are worthless nothing but a piece of crap and eventually it will end up in getting you right of the SERPs google will also punish you for this by putting you on penlty. So, getting a good strong backlinks is working your way over forums, Q/A's, Blogpost etc.

Well, I would say the best option would be contacting the Google about the problem that still that older Google business account is still listed over the maps, we have also encountered the same problem previously but later than we contact the Google about the issue that our older business listing is showing up over the maps they have put it as closed and mentioned over that listing that it has been shifted over to some place different.

I was doing some research and have spotted a pattern over Google I think google ranks pages according to the time zones ! Like if you are living at some place say NY and your sever is locted at Germany then try searching your site using your Keyword over the Google.com board at US time, I am sure you will find you page ranking at some place lower than it usually stays, and if you search using the same keyword over Google.com board according to the German time zone then I am sure you will noticed that your ranking is back to the place where it was ! I don't know if I am correct with this or not but I have been noticing this from more a while with our website! Can any one ran a check over it ??

Well, like @rubberman said apps that allows installion on SD card will indicate when you click over them, what you can do now is head over to the Settings>application manager>Tap over the application and if that application allows moving over to the SD card then you will see the option "Move to SD card" just tap over it and it will reach over to the appropriate place.

@dishapavers just getting a good backlinks doesn't means that you are going to be shown over the top of the SERPS, and talking about kitchen website page I remember a some user group spaming over the forum by posting junk over the forums and... all ! I don't know what has happened with them but anyway I would advise you to have a look over your back links i.e. the way you created backlinks I somewhere doubt there may be some problems with it ! And like @Pixelatedkarma said you must look what your competitors are doing !
Nope there are no shortcuts in getting a backlink, and one more thing just getting a backlink doesn't make sure that you are going to get a bulk of traffic that totally depends upon like is there any use of putting the backlink over their ? Like if you are pushing you link without any use then I don't think its going to get you traffic rather than those link will start acting as poision link.
