Well you got to think of incentives to bring them back. For example, you could hire a team of crackers to destabalise their PCs, so they'd come back and ask for help. ;)

Well, if you're trying to setup Active Directory, Windows will be required. Server 2003 comes with some wizards to help you implement what you need, I can't speak for 2000.
Oh that's even worse than the theory about Language being a parasite - it's just a flaw in the definition of such things. Religion may simply have been formed by primitives with no other way of explaining events and controlling people. Or it may have been devinely inspired, who knows?
Most modern Chrisitans, Jews, Muslims, or any other religious people get along fine. In fact, I believe that it doesn't matter which path you follow, they all lead to the same place (with the exception of those who use their paths as excuses for violence, etc).
I don't currently have Flash MX installed, but I think, in the library pane (press F11???), if you right-click on an image and click properties or something, there are some additional options to do with image quality.
Doesn't that just crash the Remote Procedure Call Service, which triggers an automated shutdown because no other systerm service can run without it? Not a freeze.

Dani, I think your web site is fine. There's not at least ONE COOL LOOKING web site that's feature rich that can pass any sort of validation. Web sites that pass validation are web sites like http://www.useit.com/ or http://www.w3.org - but they're boring, ugly, and have no where near the functionality that a site like this has.
All sites should and can pass validation with a few tweaks. It's a highly useful tool that means your site will dispaly correctly on a wealth of browsers. The default style of most forum software is written to pass validation.
It's a remnant from when System Administrators used the feature to send messages around the network, eg: "Everyone log off cause i'm closing down the server" or "No-one leaves until someone tells me where my beer is" etc. Also at the time the features was introduced the web was a nice playground with few bullies.
Surely vBulliten uses some kind of sessions system that requires writing on page load? (Correct me if I'm wrong - I can't get hold of the source code for vB without considerable difficulty or cash).
I do ctrl+alt+del and then lock computer and put in my password

You press Ctrl + Alt + Del, click Lock (or just press the Windows Key and L) and then it's locked.
You'll see in this stage, you can do absolutely nothing except enter your password. (Depending on your system setup, you may have to press CTRL+ALT+DEL first).
You enter your password when you want to resume your session.
I have it setup to launch in full screen (IE only, sorry Big B :( ), so it fools people into thinking they really are in Windows RG (particually my Network Administrator :P ).
