He probally was at some gaming site and had his secutiry settings too low and got a dailer signed and installed. I'm not really sure what you can do legally. But for the computer remove any suspisoucs programs from the computer.

id suggest uninstalling kazaa and using kazaalite to being with. check in the add remove programs tos ee if anything related to wupdater is in there check your hosts file inside of c:\windows\ it should be empty

Novell server is a paid system and is rather expensive, its not for the home user either :) it took me about 9 months to learn novell fairly well and im still not very advance in it :)

eh if you dont know how to install linux id probally suggest you dont >.< altho if your bent on installing it id suggest trying knoppix first as you donthave to install it it just runs off ram or id suggest mandrake but be aware if you fuxors some settings …

no their not wowexec is windows on windows 16 bit module that will let XP or 2k ( or even 98 i belive) run 16bit programs. opware is a 16bit program and needs wow to run. now what opware is im not really sure

could you screen the popup for us? hit prnt screen and then go into paint or some other graphics editing program and hit ctrl and v and it should dump your screen there. save it as a jpg if possible and attach it here on the forums
