Go to device manager and see whether all other drivers are properly installed as well. If the drivers does not work, you might have to change a new DVD drive

System User seems like it is not an admin account. Maybe something like a Root User. System User has the power to overwrite files and change admin user settings. YOu can only log in to system user unless you are the one that register with the computer.

I thought that MSE was good because studies have shown more windows users use them. I have heard of Avast. And from what you guys said, it seems an exellent product. Avast is on my list now. One last question is there a need to install two antivirus products. Some said, in case one of them fail to remove the virus, a second software would be needed. But is that true.

I have a way that may boost Daniweb Popularity but not sure whether it will work. Can daniweb create a magazine or newsletter some sort. The magazine will include new stories, product reviews, tutorials or code snippets and some other random stuff. We can then sell the magazine to the public, IT enthusiast will be intrested. If all goes smoothly, more people will start to join daniweb.

Lol, it seems like i misunderstand you Antitiy. Sorry about that. But if you are afriad your client won't pay you, you can always turn to the law for help. YOu have his particulars you can always report him to the police if he does not want to pay you. A kill switch is what most people use but if it were me i would not recommend that. System User sounds more like a Root user but i am not too sure. On mac its called a Root User maybe on User its called a system user. System User has more features than an adminstrative account. They can read, write or delete files. They can also change the overall settings and change admin settings. So to conclude, System User has a higher rank than an adminstrative user. System user, is normally the person who the laptop and register with it. Like installing the OS, and registering after that it is called the system user , most people called it Admin but it actually have two names.

Does you friends or other people you may know use sharepoint. If yes you can go and check with them whether their companyweb file is empty or has some files inside.

Cool, i never thought you could do that. Can you make other file formats to speak too, like word document?

I have never use sharepoint before so i do not know the solutions to it. Backup your data and try reinstall sharepoint and see whether that cures the problem. If after a reinstall of sharepoint application there is still nothing inside the companyweb folder, that means there is really nothing inside there in the first place.

In my post, reinstall means reinstall the sharepoint application. You uninstall it and install it again. Not reinstall your own laptop, that is wrong.

There are many help for this errors example this one here. You can google the net for the 0xc000007B error and see whether there are solutions for it. A system restore suggested by Caperjack can also solve the problem. You might want to do a virus scan as well to make sure virus does not corrupt any data or files. Run Malware bytes and see.

I agree with Flagstar. See my previous post about the Ebay thing. The seller might have sold you a laptop that cannot work, you need to contact him and ask him does he have this problem before and how can you solve it. We need to hear a response soon.

Follow u4vu advise but in some laptops it will not be the function key that turn off the blue tooth, it will be another key or a blue tooth switch at the side of the laptop.

Are you having problem trouble creating a virtual private network or accessing one? Is your firewall on your laptop off?
