biggest thing you'll fine with the new psc is the lack of plugs for ide drives ,you'll find mostly SATA plugs ,if you have mostly ide drive you will need a few "Y"connectors

make sure in xp you have drivers installed for your network adapter ,check in device manager to make sure that drivers are installed ,winxp will not always have drivers for the device,unless maybe you are using a winxp recovery cd specific to your computer
