Re: As far as I can tell, it won't work. Rather, Sound Blaster provides separate made for mac soundcards. However, the sound cards that ship with Apple are pretty good - I would be confident they would work with 5.1 speakers. CDW indicates the following is mac compatible. You may wish …
Re: When I upgraded from Jaguar to Panther, I did a reformat because I didn't want to be stuck with all the lil quirks that come with upgrading an operating system. I store my fonts in the /home/Dani/Library/Fonts folder. If you wish them to be available to all users, store them …

Re: Unlike Windows 98/Me, Windows 2000 and Windows XP have partitioning tools built-into the setup program. Therefore, you can perform an upgrade over an existing Windows 98 operating system. Re: Your computer uses video card drivers to tell the video card what to send to your monitor. When your video card drivers stop working, Windows uses its built-in basic drivers (what you're using). Re: I searched around the preferences menus and don't think this is possible. Safari keeps a listing of your history. If you don't want anyone else who uses your computer to know you've been somewhere, don't go there in the first place. Sorry, not a solution, but it is an answer …
Re: I agree - I don't think overclocking is worth risking the life of your cpu, motherboard, or video card. Especially with how fast computers are nowadays and how much they cost.
Re: As far as I know, this is impossible because a USB or PS/2 keyboard gets its power from the motherboard. Therefore, the motherboard must be active and receiving power already to power the keyboard. However, it's possible to put your computer into standby and use a keyboard to resume from …
