Yes, well no, but you need a valid webserver that can run php and a mysql server.

For a good reason cat, Doom3 was developed ON the Geforce line, and the Gefoce serries has better support with opengl2, the Ati X800 will preform fine on Doom3.

You still need to think about this from the user end, alot of people hate java applications as they look ugly and are resource hogs (at least the old java was, not sure about java 2)

Yes it will run with XP. but the time to configure it properly and get it running right is way beyond what you should need to do, if i wanted a linux gui, id run linux.

YaBB is perl, which means tons of chmoding and text based files.

Perl is a hell of alot harder to modifiy for someone new. not to mention its a huge server resource compared to a smaller phpbb vB or IPB

FAT is an older filesystem that has 2 versions

FAT16 and FAT32

Windows XP can use Fat32.

However if your going to be installing XP i recomend you use NTFS, which is a much better FS overall, as it adds alot of secutiry that FAT does not have.

there is a huge difference between Javascript and Java

You will need to run windows update and get the latest patches, for ME, i highly HIGHLY suggest getting off of Windows ME as soon as humanily possible.

Your host has disabled half of the nessary built in php functions ;) time to switch to a better host and a better board imo ;)
