I would suggest re running the anti-virus and this time watch it as it scans. This will take a while so I suggest doing something else on the computer while it scans. Hello, have you got the option show filename extension selected? have a look under tools > folder options >view (tab) and select the 'Hide file extension for know files'. I suspect that when you enter the new filename it you don't include the extension, probably .mp3. Has this helped?
